EthixShield provides a compliance infrastructure protocol for the XRP Ledger (XRPL), including but not limited to:

• A compliance dashboard for managing credentials, transactions, and audit trails
• Integration with XLS-70 Credentials and XLS-80 Permissioned Domains
• Whitepaper and documentation resources
• Pilot access programmes for qualifying institutions

Our services are intended for institutional and business use. Access to the EthixShield dashboard is subject to approval and may require additional agreements.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• If acting on behalf of a company or organisation, have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms

We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual or entity at our discretion.

Access to certain features of our platform requires creating a user account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your login credentials, including multi-factor authentication

• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without authorisation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software

The EthixShield core protocol is open-source and governed by its respective licence. Premium dashboard tools and services are proprietary.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, systems, or networks
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful or disruptive code

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EthixShield Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to EthixShield in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EthixShield Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content or data you submit through our platform
